Please read these terms carefully before using any Fana Health platform.
Last updated: 1 June 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all Fana Health (Pty) Ltd digital platforms, including Gigtour, ScripturesPath, and PNM South Africa.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Fana Health platform (Gigtour, ScripturesPath, PNM South Africa), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
Our platforms are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including South African law.

7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in conduct that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. This includes any behaviour that violates our Child Safety Standards. Violations will result in enforcement action including account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fana Health (Pty) Ltd provides its platforms "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
